Optional Google Analytics statistics
Only with your consent do we load Google Analytics to measure visits, pages viewed, engagement time and general device and traffic-source data. You can reject it or withdraw permission through Analytics settings in the footer; bookings and the calendar continue to work.
Google may receive technical data, including your IP address, and process it outside the EEA. The _ga and _ga_* cookies and the local preference last up to 180 days. We do not send names, emails, stay dates, payment data or form values; URL parameters are removed and referrers are limited to their domain. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

Card payment data is processed directly by Stripe; this site does not store your card number.

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Retention
We keep your data for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal (tax and lodging) periods; it is then deleted.

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected].
You may also complain to the supervisory authority (AEPD in Spain, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy).
